Paseo Nuevo Office Complex

Formerly the home of a City of Albuquerque landfill, the Paseo Nuevo Office Complex is one of the most popular office buildings in Albuquerque and is nearly 100 percent occupied a rare feat in today’s economy. The complex uniquely utilizes its west-sloping site and offers access to a 400-car parking deck without the use of ramps. Two hundred ground-source heat pump wells heat and cool the building, which requires no gas service at all.
