UNM Centennial Engineering Center
The award-winning UNM Centennial Engineering Center was designed to incorporate the multiple disciplines of engineering into one center. The mechanical system incorporated new state-of-the-art equipment as well as tying into UNM’s central plant via piping in the “tunnels.” The four-story structure features laboratory space, classrooms and offices.

UNM Hospital Barbara and Bill Richardson Pavilion
The UNMH BBRP Pavilion is a new six-story full service trauma hospital with a partial basement and penthouse. The new additional to UNMH houses New Mexico’s only dedicated Children’s Hospital and cares for nearly 60,000 children. The Children’s Hospital spans three floors and includes a maternity center, pediatric emergency center, newborn intensive care unit, pediatric oncology infusion center and Child Life Center.

Albuquerque Studios
Albuquerque Studios is a film production studio with eight sound stages totaling 168,000 square feet housed in three buildings. A fourth building holds props, sets and storage. Albuquerque Studios also houses 200,000 square feet of office and production office space. Albuquerque Studios brings feature film, television, commercial, documentary and video game productions to New Mexico.

Paseo Nuevo Office ComplexFormerly the home of a City of Albuquerque landfill, the Paseo Nuevo Office Complex is one of the most popular office buildings in Albuquerque and is nearly 100 percent occupied a rare feat in today’s economy. The complex uniquely utilizes its west-sloping site and offers access to a 400-car parking deck without the use of ramps. Two hundred ground-source heat pump wells heat and cool the building, which requires no gas service at all.
