The National Enrichment Facility
URENCO USA outside of Eunice, New Mexico is the only facility of its kind in North America. Using centrifuge technology, the facility is designed to power the United States' commercial nuclear power plants through creating a sustainable, domestic source of enriched uranium that will substantially reduce US reliance on the global nuclear enrichment marketplace. The 543 acre complex broke ground in August 2006 and construction of the first building commence in 2007. Construction will continue until 2015 when URENCO USA will produce nearly 10 percent of the nation's energy needs using leading edge enrichment technology.

Fort Bayard Medical Center
Fort Bayard Medical Center project includes the construction of a new 235-bed long term care facility for Silver City and surrounding communities in southern New Mexico. The new hospital will include patient rooms, a pharmacy, chemical dependency rehabilitation center, Alzheimer nursing care and a specialty care clinic.

Las Cruces Federal Courthouse
The Las Cruces Federal Courthouse is situated in the developed downtown area of Las Cruces near the new City Hall. The courthouse is a six-story building with eight courtrooms, basement and penthouse. It features a unique blast-proof design. New Mexico Tri-Services LaboratoryThe five-story New Mexico Tri-Services Laboratory will house the New Mexico Department of Health Scientific Laboratory Division, the New Mexico Department of Agriculture Veterinary Diagnostic Services and the New Mexico Office of the Medical Examiner. Each agency is located on a different level with separate entrances, but all share a central atrium lobby to enhance coordination abilities.
